Creamy Potato And Red Pepper Soup

3 Leeks (Bottoms Only) 1 Large Carrot 2 Red Sweet Large (Banana Peppers) 5 Medium Potato's 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill (Or A Bundle Of Fresh) 4 Cloves Of Garlic 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley (Or Fresh Small Bundle) 1/2 Teaspoon Of Rosmary (Or 2 Sprigs Of Fresh Rosemary) 1/2 Tablespoon Celery Seeds 1 Tablespoon Of Chives 1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt 1 Tablespoon Of Your Favorite Mixed Seasonings Your Favorite Veggie Bullion 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 4 to 5 Cups Of So Delicious Unsweetened (Coconut Milk) 4 Cups Water

Place 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in pan. Add chopped carrots,leeks and red peppers. Saute until tender then add the minced Garlic. Stir for one minute then add water and coconut milk. Add your favorite veggie bullion. Add Potato's,salt,dill,parsley,celery seeds,chives,your favorite mixed seasonings. Cook until Potato's are tender then take about 2 to 3 cup of the soup and place in a vita mixer or a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth! Add this mixture back into your original pan of soup and mix together until creamy and smooth. Add your Rosemary cook for just a few minutes more then enjoy! At the end of cooking you may want to remove the sprigs of rosemary! Totally Yummer's!

My Oskri Bar experiment! Absolutely to die for! Decadent,flavor rich and filling! Helloooo you best hide them or they will be gone within the hour! lol Hubby was like wow you'd better put those away.haha No more paying .99 cent just to have an Oskri Bar!

Tropical Oskri Bars

1 cup of cashews
(in food processor until fine crumbles)

About two to four Rings of Dried Sulfate free Pineapple.
(In the food processor until it rolls into a ball)

1 cup of Coconut Flakes/Grated
3 tablespoons of rice syrup
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of coconut concentrate or coconut butter
Place everything in a bowl and mix until you can press a form from the dough. Place in a plastic container. Chill for two hours then pop it out and cut into bars!

I gave my new rice cooker another wirl! And all I can say is wow! It is amazingly perfect! I just added the ingredients and it knew when to switch to warm! It is the quickest rice preparation I have ever seen!

vegetable broth 2cups
clicked the lid shut and in about 40 mins it was done!
2nd step: While rice is cooking...
In a pan I stir fried yellow squash, sweet grape tomatoes and scallions/green onions in a teaspoon of rice oil. Then you mixed the rice in the pan with the the stir fry! I added mung beans to the top. Which I sprouted to many.lol
This was totally yummy and right on when it comes to whole foods!

I created this recipe this morning!

I will be drinking it until the end of times.

It is the best smoothie I have ever had!

I was sweeping my kitchen floor after the first glass!lol

This was the Bomb this morning! I am keeping this one for my cookbook! Although I just had to share ...the recipe with you all! I was an experiment that was totally tasty! I was zinging after drinking it! I am calling it:

Yaya Coconut Smoothie

2 cups filtered water
2 Cups Of Coconut Milk
1 Large Carrot
4 Romain Lettuce Leaves
2 Handfuls Of Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1 Small Handful Of Frozen Mango,Nectarine and peaches
2 Small Triangle Slices Of Watermelon
1 Stalk Of Celery
1 Whole Orange Juiced
2 Dates Pitted
1/2 TLB Maca Powder
1/2 Cup Kefer Fig Water
1 TSP Maple Flavoring (Frontier Brand)
3 TLB Ground Flax Seeds

Tips I froze my banana and other fruit when they were very ripe. I peeled and cut them and into the freezer they go. The kefer fig water and Maca powder gave the drink the power for the zing of energy. So should you leave it out I believe the taste will not change to much.

Vegetarian Mexican Pizza's and Tortilla's

I spent the day making my newest recipe Vegetarian Mexican Pizza's and Tortilla's!
I mixed the batter in my Vita Mixer. Then added flax and ground wheat berries until they were flour. They are lightly brown in a paella pan. I shrunk wrapped it all and stored it in the freezer. These both make good for a quick meal. We can just grab on out of the freezer and in 10 min's they are thawed out. They are chemical free,no preservatives and totally safe to eat!lol I will be adding this one to my cook book as well!I am getting organized and have purchased to journals to record my creations and another to record my writings such as how I am feeling and such!

I made some fruit roll ups they were gone with in the hour!lol I made two trays 16 x 21 1/2 inches. I also created a Mexican Tortilla wrap and a breakfast toast! Everything went well and I am so happy to because it was a bit scary creating recipes and not even knowing if they would be worth eating!lol I have been told if you taste your batter and it taste good then you have your self a winner!

I did not get excited about the ingredients.
I thought what would happen if I used key limes?
So I peeled some and pureed them for the pulp and juice.
And the out come was wonderful gorgeous raw food!

Hi everyone I know I have not been creating much these days. I am dealing with a health issue that I have known about for several years. I have tried to work around it and also ignore it. But it has come down to where I must face it. I am not able to eat animal proteins in any shape of form. Not butter,fish,meats,eggs,whey,soy! I cannot eat foods laden with chemicals,hormones or antibiotics either. Such as yellow cheeses which have a dye in them,meats filled with hormones,cottage cheese,yogurt and many more product filled with fillers such as whey! And there are much more, to many to list. I have felt much like living in a bubble. It is depressing and difficult and in many situations, I just did not know what to do. Until I met someone who introduced me to Raw foods. At first I thought there is no way I am totally giving up cooked food. I tried a few recipes on line and that is when I became enlightened! I saw that there was way out for me, from the hell I have been living! There is a disease call fibromyalgia and many people have been diagnosed by Dr's with it. I myself have done a study with my actual body to know that "It is not fibormyalgia that is killing us it is the food we are eating!" If I were to eat from the food list above, I would be bed ridden,sick in every shape you can imagine! From skin rashes,bones,joints,swelling,moodiness and just general pain all over! The list is a million miles long of the symptoms I will get. I never took a pain pill or medication for this condition ever. So I know right up front what I am talking about when it comes to pain. I have been in bed for four days at a time. Like you just know if you eat that something you crave you are going to pay for it later! With in four to eight hours the nightmare will begin! I have been pain and symptom free for three weeks, sense I have been eating Raw Foods! FYI I am a sugar freak and have to have my sweet treats or I go nuts! I have eaten more sweet treats now with RAW FOODS than I ever eat before! So I am loving that no doubt. I have never shared to much about my personal life although this is something I think many people suffer from. And I wanted you to know you are not alone. Today I posted a message on my face book for all my friends. And I will post this message there so they can all know what is going on in my new life change. I have dropped my prices for the entire summer in hopes to reach a goal. And by doing so I will be able to reach my health project goal. This was the longest project I have taken in a long time.
First is started with a teddy bear design,fabric,needle and thread. Then each piece was hand stitched. I had to take breaks in between each process! After Belle Tulipe was finished I proceeded to create her Cute Art World digital design. I used painting techniques in this design with adobe photoshop. In the end i am very pleased with the turn out! My wonderful friends on Facebook created this beautiful name for my newest little creation! I finally came to the conclusion that I will not be making ACEO cards anymore.
I have decided to keep creating Cute Art World ACEO's but in prints only.
So no more Cards only prints. These prints are great for framing,gifting your loved ones and friends and your personal art ideas!
Now I have more time to put into designing!
I still have not done much on e-bay due to their new changes.
I did however manage to update my Etsy shop anitrabear and now have only prints there. I added two new pictures to each listing to show what a typical order will consist of. That took some time to go over 200 listings and revamp and change.

So now that you know where I have been hiding let me share my Saturday with you.
My little one 4 1/2 made our first ever paper doll! It is one from my CAW artisan Etsy shop! It was so cool to make. I let her do all the gluing and place th brads and she loves it! Well so do I! Funny playing with paper dolls at this age I mean really!
We are looking forward to the next one we do too! You can create your own beautiful paper doll with our new Lavender Batty Dolls by embellishing her with your collected trinkets and goodies!

This is my newest paint over creation!
It has been awhile sense I have done anything.
I think my muse was on vacation. Plus with E-bay changing and with sales being so slow... I think I was about to give up on selling my art totally.lol
Now I understand the word it is my hobby!

I took the image made her face look like a ghost.
I Removed all her makeup.
Then applied new make up!
I painted her a new hairdo added some music notes!
And finished it in TTV style.
But that was not all!
